My 140-NIW was approved with PD July 2007 and 485 pending.?
I got a job offer in Canada so I will enter Canada using a work permit. I will leave US after I receive AP I have applied. My question is can I enter US with AP. Will my green card application considered abondoned since I WORK in Canada? I have the option to convert to CP but afraid there is no visa that I can get to enter US for conference etc. Please advise. Your help is greatly appreciated.
as long as you have a good green card it good.. you do not have to worry about it,, you can come and go. your allowed to be out of the US for 18 months at one stretch...
