Bag Backpack Shoulder
can you wash a backpack?
I have a backpack but it is dirty and covered in dust. I have school starting tomorrow and this is really the only one i have to use for now. Can I wash it? It is a shoulder bag backpack but is really made of the same material most bags are (not the cheap material they make out of kid backpacks the more cloth-like material they use for plain backpacks like old navy and jansport) but it does have a lot of pockets and even a net inside for holding stuff. Will it get ruined? I don't want to tear my only backpack to pieces. What should I do? How do I wash it? can I use the machine? I have liquid detergent so how do I go about using that?
yes, but a washing machine will be too rough on it. Hand wash it like in your bathroom sink- use warm or cool water, add some liquid soap- laundry detergent is ok, even shampoo, but too much, and it will be hard to rinse it out Swish it around, wring it out gently, then rinse the same way, it may need 2 rinses if still soapy. hang it out to dry- i hope it will get dry in time! If you put it in the dryer it can make the waterproof plastic lining inside come off. If there is a leather bottom in it, you had just better give it a good wiping off with a good washcloth and some sopy water, it will still do ok. good luck. ( handwashing of laundry is a lost art. - but better than dry cleaning)

where can i get a puma shoulder bag?
can i use it for school? because my cousin has one and she said that theyre not good for school and they break easily...is that true? because im gonna be a freshman and that means i will be carrying huge and heavy books and im also gonna walk to school and home...are they also comfortable because last time i had a shoulder bag, i had problems with my shoulder...i dont want a backpack, i kinda want a puma shoulder bag and im looking for one...can you send me the site so i can at least look at them and what colors they have...thank you...

if your books are going to be heavy i suggest you get a regular backpack...itll be easier on you shoulders and spine.
