What is the different between these two ankle braces? Which is better?
My doctor said I need to start wearing an ankle brace because I injured it and it needs support when I'm walking on snow and ice. Both of these ankle braces are rated really well on Amazon, but which is better?

The first one looks like more of a wrap...so is it not as supportive? Both are rated so well, which is why I don't know which to get.
Any guidance in choosing one would be great! Thanks!
Some of the best guidance for a brace can come from your orthopedic or physical therapist! My orthopedic gave me all the braces I needed/had for my knee both before my surgery, my surgical immobilizer, and then my new brace.
I really don't know which one would be better, sorry! I just want to warn you to not become dependant on a brace for support, try physical therapy to gain support, strength, and stability in your ankle naturally. It's okay to wear it to protect it until its healed though.
