Elbow injury?
I've had a continuing problem with my right elbow. Been going on for a few months. I play modified pitch softball and i'm also a competitive power lifter. Issue got worse after arm wrestling in a bar. Tried to bench 3 days later, couldn't do it without massive pain. A day later trynig to play softball, hitting the ball felt like I was getting shot in the elbow. I went to the dr, and shut down for 2 weeks, while taking nyproxin (spelling). I also did therapy for about 3.5 weeks. I started to lift again, no issues. However last night in my first softball game in a month, I hit the ball, and I was in pain again. I'm going to try to lift tonight, however I'm worried.
The questions is, what could be wrong with me? Why can I press 400+ with no pain, swing a bat with no pain, but when I swing a bat and hit a ball, it hurts.
