Personalized Softball Coach Any suggestions on what to get the coaches of softball team to thank them?
I'm team mom for my 8 year old daughter's softball team. We are ordering participation trophies for the girls, but I have no idea what to get the coaches to thank them for their hard work. Is a personalized plaque with the team picture a good idea or is that cheesy? What other suggestions that aren't too expensive?
As a couch, I always appreciate the plaques and trophies that I am given by the team, but to be honest, after a couple of months they end up in the closet since there is just no room for that sort of thing in the house.
Give them tickets to a pro baseball game, or a gift card to a nice restaurant. People don't really want more "crap" even if it is well intentioned and nicely done.
