What was your opinion of it? Is it worth the time and money? How much improvement did you notice, if any? Does it last long even with a powerful swing or is it intended for little league only?
its only good for little leaguers. i used it last year when i was 16 and i broke it within about 10 minutes. its a good practice tool but the peice holding the ball straight is made of plastic and it breaks easily. other than that it is pretty good but you cant have a strong swing. i still used it after it was broken though. i might have made a difference because the season before i bought it was terrible. i batted maybe around a .150, and this season is my senior year and now im batting around .360. and were in Division 1.
