How can I reach my goal!?
I am 16 years old, soon to be 17. I cheer and play softball, so i am active in sports. but i'm currently 107-110 pounds and i'm five foot. I'm not happy with my weight at all, my entire life i've been extremely skinny till this year, 98 pounds at the most. so now having all of this weight is making me unhappy. and the only way i can think of is to become an anorexic. or throw up everything i eat (but i'm anal about my teeth so my knowledge is that throwing up constantly ruins your teeth which is holding me back from this option)
But becoming an anorexic will be rough because i am constantly eating and hungry. help me please!! i need a solution to my problem, or someone tell me how i can become an anorexic because i feel as if i have a gut, and no curves...
):
NO. Anorexia doesn't solve anything at all.
The trick is to trick your mind into thinking you are really eating more when really you are eating less. The way to do this is to eat 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Here's an example of a time schedule you could use.
8 a.m. Breakfast
11 a.m. Snack
1 p.m. Lunch
4 p.m. Snack
6 p.m. Dinner
8 p.m. Snack
Eat foods like..
Almonds and other nuts [no salted or smoked]
Beans or Legumes [no refried or baked]
Green Veggies [especially spinach or broccoli]
Dairy [like fat free or low fat milk, yogurt, cheese, and cottage cheese]
Instant Oatmeal [unsweetened and unflavored]
Eggs
Turkey and other Lean Meats [like lean steak, chicken, fish]
Peanut Butter [all natural and sugar free]
Whole grains [like in breads and cereals]
Drink lots of smoothies [they are filling and help you stay full for a lot longer than most foods]. and drink 8 8-oz. glasses of water each day [which helps clean out any unnecessary toxins and fats].
another thing is to once a week forget all of your rules and eat whatever you'd like. This helps you satisfy the cravings that you build up during your dieting and also boost your metabolisms speed.

Probability of getting into The Lawrenceville School?
Hi! I am a freshman, and I applied to go to Lawrenceville for 10th grade. I am from Connecticut, and I am currently attending a competitive private school. My family is relocating to Princeton, NJ, and I know someone who goes to Lawrenceville who loves it. Last year my grades were mostly a's, and a few b's. I had a rough year outside of school last year, which brought my grades down. This year I currently have straight a's with a 3.9 gpa. I have been playing violin since I was three, and I am currently in my school orchestra, along with a symphony, where I am the youngest member. I have volunteered at animal shelter since I was seven, and I have volunteered at a handicap riding facility for two years. I took the SSATs two years ago, and got scores in 95th- 98th percentile. I play varsity softball, run cross country, and have been horseback riding for seven years. I am in three clubs. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me if I have a chance of getting in. Thanks!!
Very high. The three criteria's( SSAT, EC'S, and Grades) are all there in your resume. With good recommendations and essays, you should have no problems in my opinion

Tell them "if there is hitting involved I WANT TO PLAY"!!!
