How is this gaming computer setup.?

That PSU is garbage - don't go with Xion power supplies.
You can either check my website for a complete guide as to how to pick a proper power supply, or you can take my suggestion, which is an OCZ StealthXStream or GameXStream.
Also, I personally like the ASUS P6T or EVGA 3-Way as good motherboards, but to each his own.
Other than that, looks fine - I'd go with a Xigmatek Dark Knight for the CPU cooler, but I don't think it really matters.
